Our Services
We will only sell meat from an animal that we have raised and taste tested to be sure it is in line with our standards of taste, tenderness and leanness.

Our animals are raised on pasture grasses in as natural a way as possible. We use no hormones, no growth stimulants and no antibiotics, contributing to the health qualities of this beef. They are processed and packaged under the watchful eye of a state inspector at Readfield meats in Bryan/College Station, Texas, a Texas State inspected facility, with special care taken to be sure they are processed with no additives in the processing. The meat is Cryopaced and frozen.
